About Us

The business was originally founded by the late Khan Saheb Abdul Karim in 1921, trading in Agarwood, the city of Mumbai, where Arabs were fascinated with the city and its offerings in fragrances and more. His vision and hard work led to the growth and expansion of the business, gaining particular popularity amongst the most prestigious Arab communities. In 1955 his son late Khalil ur Rehman joined and took over the business.

In 1995 entered in the third generation ABDUL KARIM  KHALILUR REHMAN learning the business and following the footsteps of his father and grand father and started his own company and established the brand MOULVI in an international level in Dubai UAE.

Using the visionary acumen and aptitude he had developed while working with his father, Abdul Karim expanded his own business horizon and moved his head office to Dubai where he moved independently in 1998 and established his first international brand MOULVI.

Continuing this expansion, the MOULVI brand also grew to open branches in other GCC countries including Kuwait, Oman, Bahrain, KSA, and Qatar. Today our vision of becoming a recognized brand with exclusive showrooms across GCC countries, providing top quality Agarwood and Dhenal Oud oil, celebrates legacy of quality and service to our clients.
